THIS REVERSE SWITCH ALLOWS THE ELECTRIC MOTOR'S DIRECTION TO BE REVERSED AT THE OPTION OF THE OPERATOR. A REVERSE SWITCH ALLOWS THE INDIVIDUAL TO REVERSE THE ROTATION OF THE MILL AFTER IT COMES TO A COMPLETE STOP. JUST LIKE PUTTING YOUR CAR IN REVERSE GEAR WHEN STUCK IN A DITCH,BY REVERSING THE MOTOR YOU CAN EASILY FEED BACK ANY GRAIN OR FLOUR FROM THE GRINDING CHAMBER IF NECESSARY. THIS EXCLUSIVE FEATURE NOT FOUND ON ANY OTHER MILL, ALLOWS THE OPERATOR TO MICRO ADJUST THE FINESSE OF THE GRINDING HEADS, THUS PRODUCING THE PERFECT TEXTURE OF THE GROUND FLOUR WITH EASE. All of the switches must be installed in the factory and cannot be purchased separately. Option 1: Standard duty switch, on/off switch, part 1X878, price $29.95 included in the purchase price of the mill. This switch comes standard will all electric units. Suggested use is for this household use switch is 1-2 hours or less of milling time per week. Option 2: Heavy duty switch, on/off switch, part 1X978, price $49.95 extra ,installed. This optional switch can be installed in machines used for small bakeries, matza bakeries or similar semi commercial and heavy duty applications. Suggested use for this switch is 5-10 hours of milling time per week. Option 3: Three way heavy duty (forward-off-reverse) switch, part 2X5S, price $79.95 extra, installed. The meat grinders attachment rotates in the opposite direction as the grinders, therefore this switch is a must for all meat grinders. This optional switch can be installed in machines used for larger bakeries, small butcher shops, matza bakeries, and other semi commercial applications. This switch allows for the user to micro adjust the finesse of the grind by reversing the rotation of the mill on demand. Suggested use of this switch is 10 –20 hours of milling time per week.
