A heavy duty hand Meat Chopper. Includes a self sharpening blade with a general purpose medium cutting plate. Grinds/chops approximately 3 1/2 lbs. of meat per minute. This meat grinder can be used to grind sprouted grains, grinding masa dough directly from wet nixtamal (corn boiled and then soaked in alkali), wet corn or any other grains. Four feet are designed for secure permanent bolting. Also available with a quick connect frame to be attached directly to the Retsel electric motor for additional $195.00 We have all the parts available for this model.
