Soft white wheat is generally used for cookies, crackers and other baked goods that do not require high gluten content. This grain is lower in protein. We provide this service to folks because grain is sometimes difficult to source in some parts of the country. Due to the already very low grain prices we offer, we may limit the quantity of grain purchased to one container per order and the type of payment accepted.
